26-30 July 2026 – International Table Tennis Training Camp

The traditional Table Tennis Training Camp will once again take place in the middle of the Albena Table Tennis Festival, between the tournaments for adults and juniors.

This year, the camp starts on July 26th and runs until July 30th, 2026.

As every summer, the Sports Hall in Albena Resort will host young and adult players for a specialized training program led by experienced coaches from Bulgaria and abroad.

The camp is international and open to all enthusiasts – both individual players and club teams.

It’s a perfect opportunity for clubs to combine their summer seaside vacation with professional pre-season preparation, while strengthening team spirit in a beautiful environment.

Training sessions are held twice a day, focusing on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development. Participants will benefit from the latest training methodologies in modern table tennis.

Тренировъчният лагер през идното лято ще се проведе както обикновено в средата на Фестивала по тенис маса между турнирите на възрастните и децата. Стартът е на 26 юли, а подготовката приключва на 30 юли 2026 г.

По традиция в Спортната зала на курортен комплекс Албена за специализирана подготовка по тенис на маса ще се съберат деца и възрастни, които ще преминат специална програма, водена от квалифицирани треньори от България и чужбина. Тренировъчният лагер е международен и в него може да участва всеки, който има интерес. Клубове от България и чужбина могат да съчетаят лятната си почивка на море с подготовката за новия сезон без да пропускат ценната възможност да сплотят отборите.

Заниманията са двуразови. Обръща се внимание на техническата, тактическата, физическата и психологическата подготовка. Предвидени са тясно специализирани упражнения по най-новата методика в подготовката по тенис на маса.

Albena Table Tennis Summer Camp 2022 — A Summer to Remember

Every July, the seaside resort of Albena, Bulgaria becomes the home of one of the most inspiring international table tennis camps in Eastern Europe. The Albena Table Tennis Summer Camp 2022 brought together young talents and experienced players from Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, and Moldova for two unforgettable weeks of training, learning, and friendship.

The daily program featured two training sessions per day in Albena’s modern sports hall - fully equipped for professional table tennis practice. Each morning began with a dynamic warm-up and coordination drills, followed by focused technical sessions emphasizing precision, movement, and control. Afternoon sessions were dedicated to tactical exercises, match play, and physical conditioning designed to improve stamina and reaction time.

All sessions were led by qualified and experienced coaches, who provided individual feedback to every player. Their goal was not only to help participants master advanced techniques and strategies but also to inspire discipline, teamwork, and a love for the game. Between sessions, players had time to enjoy the beach, relax, and share experiences with new friends from across the region.

The camp created a perfect balance between professional training and summer fun.
